Tewfik Sabongui

Tewfik has over 22 years of experience in the Czech Republic’s and wider CEE/SEE Real Estate business. He has been in charge of various business lines throughout his career, such as Office Agency, Industrial, Retail and others, but generally his past 14 years Tewfik was mainly responsible for managing businesses on a country and regional levels. Tewfik spent 16 years with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) until 2016 were the last ten years at JLL he was the Managing Director of the Czech business and was one of the selected CEE Management Board members overseeing seven countries in the region and keeping the company in a leading position. Joining Colliers back in August 2018 as Managing Partner, Tewfik has actively transformed the Czech Colliers business and its platform and expanded its operations by taking on board many experienced professionals and starting new business lines, which has doubled the revenues y-o-y and has been constantly driving the business to growth and profitability.
