Eva Talmacsi is a UK, US (NY) and Hungarian qualified partner of CMS based in London. Eva focuses her international practice on cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, restructurings as well as equity capital markets transactions in Central and Eastern Europe and other emerging markets and advises clients including private equity funds, corporates, financial institutions and investment banks in a broad range of industry sectors.. She has lead and acted on some of the most complex and significant transactions across the region. Prior to joining CMS Eva had practiced in the Budapest, London and New York offices of other leading international law firms.
