Norbert Szircsák

Norbert Szircsák is the Head of Colliers' Green Building Advisory Services. He joined the Colliers Hungarian team in 2007. To date, he has participated in the certification of more than 50 green buildings and office spaces, including LEED and BREEAM projects, new and existing buildings, as well as fit-out projects. In addition to Hungary, he also conducts certifications in several countries in the EMEA region. He is a member of the ESG strategy team at Colliers EMEA level. In addition to sustainability certifications, he is also an expert in the WELL certification, which focuses on human health and well-being, and is a member of the HuGBC WELL working group.
