Szilvia Weisz started her career as an economist in 1998 at Philips Ltd. Two years later, at the age of 25, she became head of finance and logistics at an Austrian-owned electronics company. From 2008, alongside the electronics company, she also directed a plastics company within the same group. 10 years ago, in 2011, she joined Audi Hungaria as Head of Risk Management. Following that, she was responsible for the quality assurance of the tool factory and then for the exclusive series production. She has been in her current position since 2019, where she has full responsibility for vehicle projects from decision to market launch. She considers it her mission to shape Audi's strategy and its future as well.
