Zsolt Szíjártó

Zsolt Szíjártó obtained an MSc in Civil Engineering from BME in 1990, and then he obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Budapest Corvinus University/London Business School in 2004. He worked in different management positions for international multinational companies (REUTERS, EXPRESSZ/LAPKER) between 1992 and 2005. He was member of the Board at Antenna Hungaria between 1999 and 2002. He then became director of the PROVICE management consulting company in 2005. In this period he participated in planning and developing the regional economy development program related to the investment in Kecskemét. Upon his initiative and under his direction the regional economic and network development strategy and program of Nyugat-Pannon Car Industry and Mechatronics Center is created and started in 2012. From April 2013 he has been executive director of the Association founded by regional municipalities (Szombathely, Nagykanizsa, Zalaegerszeg, Szentgotthárd), as well as ZMKIK, VMKIK, ZMGYOSZ and VMGYOSZ.
