Béla Szabó-Lukovszki

Béla Szabó-Lukovszki graduated as the mechanical engineer at the University of Miskolc. He started his career on the automotive area in 2000 at the LEAR Corporation as the process engineer. During his 10 year engineering activity he worked on several areas and positions and get experience in the wireharness production. He was the Plant Manager from 2011 of the Plant of Gyöngyös and from 2014 the Plant of Gyöngyös and Gödöllő at LEAR Corporation. He joined in 2020 to the team of Joyson Safety Systems Miskolc Plant, what is actually is the biggest airbag factory inside Joyson. During his career he participated in several international projects on the engineering and operations area and focused for the digitalization in the production - for the „green factory” concept. Married and proud father of the 3 children.
