She started her career as a Human Resources employee at Philip Morris Magyarország Kft., then worked for 10 years as a career consultant with young adults. In 2007, she obtained her second diploma in Human Resource management at the University of Pécs, and after that she joined ZF Hungária Kft., where she had first recruiting tasks. In 2010-2011, she coordinated the introduction of the company's integrated HR system as a project manager. Since May 2011, she has been performing the HR manager’s duties and supervising the operation of the Apprentice Workshop.
In the factory expansion project during 2017-2019 there were 450 new employees joining the company and with this the 1750 factory headcount was reached.
Since 2009, they have been continuously expanding the capacity and scope of activities on the service areas in the Hungarian location in the department of Materials Management, in the IT Center with application developers and programmers and in the Development Engineering Center.
Since 2023 the E-Mobility related team is being built and the Test- and Proto Center is being expanded.
