Job title: Global Lead for Asset Performance & Modelling, Head of Sustainability Services CEE
As Head of Sustainability Engineering Services, Steffen is helping clients adopt better environmental, social and governance (ESG) business practices and create green & healthy properties. With specialized teams across EMEA, he provides services that help improve quality and decarbonize the real estate sector to be net-zero carbon by 2050. He is part of the CRREM committee to develop the framework further. As an active member of the RICS Europe Sustainability Working Group, he helps to embed sustainability in their standards. Steffen has over ten years of international experience in the construction, energy and real estate sectors. He has helped many investors, developers, owners, and managers improve corporate ESG, portfolio sustainability, and advice on green buildings.
