Katalin Sipos, the director of WWF Hungary, has a degree in biology and has been working in nature conservation for more than two decades. In 1998, she started at the Danube-Ipoly National Park, where she learned about protected area management, EU conservation projects, research, environmental law and conflict management. In 2015, she joined the WWF Hungary team, where she is involved in nature and climate change policy, awareness raising and partnership building, in addition to organisation development.
