Sanjay Jain (36) is the CFO and Group Head – M&A of Pauwels International NV, Belgium

Mr. Jain have held senior positions and moving up very rapidly within the Gautam Thapar group (more than EUR 2bn) of companies, starting from General Manager - Corporate Finance for the Paper & Pulp Business, CFO of the Foods business, moving onto Head of Business Strategy and Corporate Finance at Crompton Greaves Ltd, (CG) India and now CFO of Pauwels Group (USD 500mn) and Head of M&A for the Group.

Have already successfully lead three cross border acquisitions including
1. Acquisition of Pauwels Group (spanning across Belgium, Ireland, US, Canada and Indonesia) by CG India and its successful integration thereof.
2. Acquisition of Intergarden Group (spanning across Hungary, India and Belgium) by Global Green Company India Ltd (GGCL, part of foods of Gautam Thapar group of companies).
3. Acquisition of Ganz Transelektro (Hungary) by CG India.

As a CFO, has also played a very important role in turnaround of GGCL India and Pauwels Group.
