I graduated from the University of Szeged as a teacher of English and Hungarian, a few years later from the Corvinus University of Budapest with a postgraduate degree in human management. In 2004, I joined the HR department of DENSO Manufacturing Hungary Ltd. in Székesfehérvár, where I gained experience in a number of local and European regional projects in a constantly changing business environment. Since 2017, I have been working as the company's HR manager, responsible for organizational development, rewarding, people operations, communication, training and compliance functions. My goal is to consciously and consistently contribute to strengthening employee engagement and increasing the company's competitiveness by working effectively with other departments of the company.
