Roxana Dudau is Associated Partner of Noerr LLP and heads the Real Estate & Construction Department of Noerr in Bucharest. She is specialized in advising major foreign investors active in the field of retail and construction, as well as banks and major investors (predominantly from the automotive and aerospace sectors) in their Greenfield investments in Romania, which she advised on structuring their investment beginning with the land acquisition process up to planning and construction contracts for their production facilities in Romania. Roxana has a large experience in real estate, especially in town planning and construction law and industrial leases. She advises the firm’s clients on their market entry and expansion in Romania.
