Dr. Roland Horváth

Roland is a director of the Global Investment and Innovation Incentives service line in Deloitte Hungary, focusing on automotive clients. During his 10-years career in Deloitte, he has assisted various enterprises in the manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical, and IT sectors to maximize investment incentive benefits – from developing incentive strategies, through incentive application advisory to providing aftercare services – having also several companies active in the automotive sector and the battery production in his client portfolio. He has also a vast experience in R&D advisory – having assisted several companies active in various sectors (e.g. IT, automotive, agriculture) in the scoping and qualification of their R&D activities and obtaining R&D incentives. Roland has relevant experience regarding state aid notifications, preparation of counterfactual analysis and communication with the European Commission as well.
