As an M&A director at KPMG Hungary, Robert helps primarily large and mid-sized private companies and their owners, large multinational corporations, private equity groups to successfully implement their transaction strategies both domestically and abroad. During his 10+ years in M&A advisory, Robert has gathered an especially strong track record of helping Hungarian private company owners in creating their exit strategies, preparing for the sale process, and selling their businesses successfully in various industries, including also commercial real estate deals. He has led many financing and capital raising projects and has supervised dozens of valuations as well.
Robert is considered as one of the most active M&A bankers at the field of private M&A deals in Hungary and is well known for the exceptionally high-quality work he provides.
Robert holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Qualification as a Teacher of Economics from the Corvinus University of Budapest (formerly known as the Budapest University of Economic Sciences) since 2008.
