Péter Reicher is a chartered construction engineer, holder of a specialized construction legal diploma. During his professional career – among others – he worked as supervising manager of a business unit serving clients like SAP, Xerox and the branch of HP responsible for the area of state administration – while later he acted as managing director of the Hungarian owned energy company, ELMIB Innovative Plc. Since 2012 he has been working as manager of GRAPHISOFT responsible for Hungary. His tasks entail building and developing the company’s Hungarian market position, as well as introducing the products of the Nemetschek Group supporting the construction industry in Hungary, being also in charge of GRAPHISOFT’s activities in Slovakia and Romania.
Further to his professional activities, he also takes an active role in non-profit organizations operating in the field of Hungarian culture and social relations. In 2002 he established the Hungarian Volunteer Sending Foundation – promoting Hungary to send volunteers internationally – as well as the National Portrait Archive Foundation (supporting the preservation of Hungarian historic memories) in 2009. He is also chairman of the Hungarian Family History Researcher Association.
