György Piszker graduated in 1997 from Kálmán Kandó College of Technology in Instrument and Automation. Since the beginning of the 2000s, he has been dealing with IP networking technologies, and he obtained several professional Cisco manufacturer certifications. In 2014, he obtained an MBA degree at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. From 2000 to 2019, he worked at Magyar Telekom and its predecessor companies (Wetel900; Westel; T-Mobile), where he dealt with telecommunications IP and Data Center networks, as well as IT security. Since 2019, he has been working at Kontron Hungary as the head of the System Architect segment. The segment he leads is the professional management of the implementation of complex IT infrastructure (network, security, data center server and storage infrastructure, cloud, and Microsoft) projects for large companies. In 2023, he obtained the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) qualification. Since the publication of the 2022/2555 NIS2 EU directive, he has also been leading the working group within Kontron Hungary Kft., which is investigating the feasibility of implementing the directive.
