Dalma Piskóti

She has finished her university studies at ELTE and during this time she started to deal with the digitalization of organizations and the risks of the synergic work of different generations in the digital space. As a Y-generation woman digitalization is evident for her and goes well beyond everyday use. During the 7 years she spent at the T-group she became familiar with the operational characteristics as well as typical organizational problems of multinational companies and small and medium sized enterprises. Drawing on these experiences as a consultant of DMS One Zrt. she can facilitate the digitalization efforts of both present and future customers. The paperless office - her motto - helps her to solve reservations partners have about digital transformation so that ideas that may seem utopian would become real results of organizational development.
