Szabolcs is a Digital transformation enthusiast with passion about leadership and change management with it`s complex HR and technology aspects. He held several executive positions in financial institutions (vice president, deputy CEO with board membership experience) multiplying customer number, balance sheet and income figures. He successfully managed complex high-visibility change management projects (e.g. digital transformation, post-acquisition integration, reorganization) and agile projects. In addition to his 10+ years banking experience he has 5+ years of experience in management consulting with Master`s degree in Economics and in Law. He (as multiply award winner) recently completed HR and Digital Transformation Consulting postgraduate programs (Toronto) and studied innovation management at the University of Toronto. In the last five years, Szabolcs attended in 60+ Tech related well-respected international conferences. He is committed to implement modern technologies in enterprise environments. Szabolcs`s current mission is to increase the visibility of a dynamic high-tech company (UpScale) and to launch a new business model and high-involvement organization. Szabolcs is proud of the fact, that in a few months, the company could sign R&D, industrial collaboration agreements with 5 Top Universities and became the sponsor of United Way, furthermore UpScale could plant trees on behalf of its employees and partners.
