Pierre du Preez

Mr du Preez is Vice-President of Sutton Place, a company responsible for the assets of a Family Office. Prior to Sutton Place, Mr. du Preez worked for the investment management division of Investec Bank from 1993 to 1999. Thereafter he moved to Cadiz Investment Bank, where he was a Director for asset management and was responsible for multi-manager funds and international structured products. He has been actively involved in Venture Capital / Private Equity since 1998 and has been instrumental in establishing Real Estate Private Equity Funds in India and South Africa – backing Sesfikile Capital, one of the leading listed property asset managers in South Africa. He is a senior partner at All Seasons Venture Partners, focused on Global Venture Capital Investments. He is a non-executive Director of AndBeyond, which conserves over 9 million acres of land in Africa, which focuses on luxury experiential adventure travel. Mr du Preez has a B Comm. Honours in Portfolio Management Theory (University of Cape Town) and H D Soc. Sci (Oxford University) and is a Diocesan College Old Boy.
