Philip Hillman

Philip Hillman is the head of JLL student housing and higher education team that values circa £3 billion pa and is current procuring 11,000 beds for universities across the UK, not to mention that is involved in investment transactions of circa £2 billion. Mr. Hillman joined Jones Lang LaSalle as part of the merger with King Sturge in 2011. Moreover, he has been involved in most of the major student accommodation transactions in the sector over the past 10 years. He is also working on strategic reviews and estate strategy for over 20 universities. He is a member of the British Property Federation Student Housing Committee and also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of the Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
