Petr Urbánek

Petr Urbánek has been active in the Czech real estate market for 30 years. In October 2020, he was appointed a Managing Director of Prague Development Company and he is in charge of land development of more than 400,000 sqm of land intended for the construction of 6,000 – 8,000 municipal rentals flats. He has got a long successful track record from the private real estate business, having been Managing Director of Europolis between 2001 and 2010 responsible for River City Prague development, Business Director of Hochtief Development and member for REICO´s Experts´ Committee.
