Peter Simon, director of Simon Plastics INC, has been working for the company for more than 15 years, although he had been working for the company even longer as a child during the school summer breaks. The direction of the manufacturing started to belong under his hands 5 years ago but he had already created many improvements before. Due to his optimistic and digital mindset he spends most of his time with perfection. Simon Plastics is among the best result achieving companies of Fejer County, Hungary, Peter got awarded with the “Top Youth Manager Award 2016”. In 2017 and 2018 he reached to the top by winning the “Factory of the Year” and also in 2019 winning “Supplier of the Year”.
