Paweł Żelich has 14 years of experience in legal advice on real estate transactions, in private and public construction (incl. FIDIC-projects) and environmental law. While consulting large companies in the mining, oil & gas and energy sector (including RES) for many years, he gained a solid expertise in dealing with complex problems that arise in such investment projects. Within those areas of law, he advises also in M&A transactions and has extensive experience as a litigator in litigation and arbitration.
