Paweł is responsible for the JLL's services in the Living Sector in Poland. These include research, strategic and development consultancy, as well as multifamily investments and transaction advisory. Paweł has more than 25 years of experience in the residential market consultancy and is one of the leading experts in Poland's housing sector, supporting its development since the early 1990s. He started his professional career in the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). From 1994 to 1997, Paweł was a member of an advisory group formed by the World Bank, US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Polish Ministry of Construction, whose goal was to support the reform of the housing sector in Poland. Paweł is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and in 2014-2019 a vice president of the Polish Association of Real Estate Market Advisors. JLL is active within the built-to-rent and built-to-sell segments of the residential market, student housing, co-living, second homes and senior housing.
