Paul Latham

Paul is Deputy Group CEO of LSL Property Services plc, the UK’s second largest estate agency business and the largest supplier of mortgage valuations to UK lending market. The business employs some 400 Chartered Surveyors. Paul has overall responsibility for the performance of Surveying Division of the Group and for defining the strategic direction of the business. Paul who holds an Honours degree in Estate Management from the University of Reading is recognised as a leading exponent of technology solutions to provide real estate valuation advice to financial institutions. Paul is also a Director of Hometrack Data Services the UK’s leading providing of AVM technology. He currently is Chair of the Residential Professional Group of RICS.
