His educational and professional background both bounds to Debrecen. Here he graduated and got his degree in engiinering and as an HR manager. For almost 20 years he was the head of a personnel service company that also started in Debrecen and developed into a network in Eastern Hungary. He is currently the manager of Humán Stratégia Ltd. whose main goal is to provide professional external HR services that help their future partners become more stable, tactical and and better emloyers.
