Roland Nátrán graduated in 2003 with a degree in economics, specialized in financial instruments and institutions from the University of Pécs. In 2002 he spent a semester at Universität Hagen, studying bank and financial market. He finished his legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2007. From 2003 he worked at the financial policy and central budget department of the Ministry of Finance. From 2009 he was Head of the Ministry’s Financial Policy Department, and then from 2010 he was Deputy State Secretary at the Ministry for National Economy. Since June 2012 he has been CEO of Hungarian Export-Import Bank Co. (Eximbank) and Hungarian Export Credit Insurance Plc. (MEHIB).
