As the Head of Marketing & Communications Knight Frank in the CSEE region, Natalia Gross is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy and brand recognition across Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece & Serbia. Being with the company for almost 6 years, she is also actively supporting all the exclusive clients’ marketing efforts as well. 2020-2021 represented the most challenging, yet also successful years since at Knight Frank. During the lockdown period, she organized the marketing campaign for selling ABB’s plant in Ózd, Hungary, a transaction succeeding the same year. At the end of 2020 UP-site was launched, Atenor’s first premium residential project in Romania, under her close supervision for all the advertising & online agency pitching, brandbook of the project, renderings, online & offline campaigning & PR efforts, having it now over 75% sold in the construction phase. Meanwhile, Natalia has been one of the key people involved in the opening of the newest Knight Frank offices in Bulgaria, Greece and Serbia, continuing to strengthen the regional positioning along Romania & Hungary. Prior to this role, she spent five years at Saatchi & Saatchi Romania leaving as a PR Director and other roles while residing in Tel Aviv and Cluj Napoca. Fluent in Romanian, Hungarian & English, with a pinch of French & Hebrew, she is a graduate of both PR & communications and law schools. Her free time involves doing interior design, reading, volunteering and alternating HIIT with pilates.
