Motty Segal

  Motty studied Accounting and Business at University of Haifa (Israel), and he is also a CPA (certified accountant & auditor). He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the real-estate industry in Hungary: in property investment, development, in property management and more. Motty founded IN Group in 2004, and its main activities have been focused on Hungary. IN Group is a rapidly growing company group in the field of investment, development, real estate, maintenance, management and more. Its main focus is on office buildings: the group maintains, upgrades and manages a number of office buildings. Among others, IN Group is currently leading a residential project – IN Budapest - located in downtown Budapest, an exclusive purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) project. The Group has also launched a proptech company in 2022: Zoomlla.com - a social real estate platform, which is planned to be a global success.
