Miklós Szebenyi

Miklós joined JLL‘s Property Management Team in January 2007 as Center Manager of Premier Outlets Center . He took over FM and Retail Property Management within the company in 2008, managing the office and retail portfolio. Miklós has been involved in managing existing and setting up new properties, including the management of technical handover, tendering, benchmarking and monitoring FM services, budgeting- both Capex and Opex- monitoring and optimizing utility consumptions. As member of the CEE “Green Team” Miklós is responsible for initiating and implementing green solutions throughout the managed properties, by management tools and investments.
