Zoltán Mészáros is a cultural and tourism entrepreneur, manager, festival and event organiser. Founder of the VeszprémFest, Rozé, Rizling and Jazz Days and the Balaton Wine & Gourmet festivals, owner of the Oliva Hotel and Restaurant in Veszprém, co-founder and former managing director of the Snétberger Music Talent Centre alongside Ferenc Snétberger. Since 2021 he has been a member of the board and head of the artistic departement of the Hungarian Festival Association. He is one of the key players in the Veszprém-Balaton 2023 European Capital of Culture programme, CEO and then Chief Advisor of Veszprém-Balaton 2023 Jsc., the organisation responsible for the implementation and organisation of the programme. He is head of gastronomy and digital attractions.
