Márta brings more than a decade of experience in running large-scale transformations across Europe, working with mid- and large financial institutions and industrial players, with particular focus on growth, risk management and customer centricity in the digital era. In addition, she co-leads McKinsey’s work for early stage and scale-up companies in Hungary, recently co-authoring McKinsey’s report exploring ways on how to fuel the Hungarian startup ecosystem to boost high-value-adding jobs and direct local spending.
