Markus Strothjohann comes along with a broad variety of different HR experiences within the automotive industry. He started his HR career after obtaining his law degree with a specialization in labor law in Germany. In 2006 he joined Continental at their location in Aachen as a HR Generalist, moved after two years to Hannover, Tires R&D, to become the HR Business Partner for this organization then. From 2014 until end of 2016 he was working at Continental´s HQ as the Head of HR for the Corporate Functions. Now, since 2017, he is in charge of the HR organization in Hungary for the whole Continental Group.
