Markus Lehnert

Markus Lehnert started his career in hospitality 30 years ago, and he has been with Marriott International for the last 19 years. As Regional Vice President of International Hotel Development, Markus is responsible for the development of all limited-service brands across Europe, as well as all full-service brands in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Before joining Marriott, Markus was a hospitality consultant with PKF in London for three years, and before that held operational positions for 13 years at various world-class hotels, among them the Breidenbacher Hof in Düsseldorf and the London hotels The Berkeley, Claridge’s and The Lanesborough.
