Maria Jianu

Maria Jianu joined Genesis Property in 2022 as Commercial Real Estate Manager. She oversees the leasing strategy for the 150,000+ sqm office portfolio, with two core objectives: successful management of current tenants, and active generation of potential leads for vacant premises. Maria is a real estate professional with a proven track record within top companies in the industry (i.e. Skanska and Vastint). She has been involved in projects such as Campus 6, Equilibrium, Timpuri Noi Square, and Business Garden Bucharest, both from a leasing and an asset perspective. Maria holds a master’s degree in business administration, having completed the Behavioral Economics program. This program, which consists of an intertwining of psychology and economics, provided the opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of final user behaviour in terms of real estate choices, making it possible to come up with predictions and customer-centred solutions.
