Maria has been working with startups since 2012. She was responsible for startup programs at Pioneers Festival and was working as consultant at Invendor Ltd where she was developing incubation programs and raising funds for startups. Currently she is deputy investment director of the pre-seed investment program at Hiventures, one of the biggest VCs in East-Central Europe.
