Macy Marvel is a Geneva based hospitality consultant having extensive experience in the financial sector. He is a principal freelance writer for Mintel International in hospitality and tourism. He writes reports and articles for Hotel Analyst and hospitalityinside.com. Macy was professor of finance and economics at the École hôtelière de Lausanne for 20 years. Prior to that, spent eight years as an investment strategist and financial analyst for two Geneva private banks. Macy has done numerous hotel property valuations, feasibility studies and is frequently presenting at international conferences.
