Maarten Vermeulen FRICS

Maarten is currently Regional Managing Director at RICS for Europe, Russia and CIS. Maarten has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and private equity and joined RICS following from 4 years at Composition Capital Partners. At Composition, a private equity real estate investment boutique, Maarten has been over all responsible for investing in and the monitoring of opportunistic funds and joint ventures across Europe on behalf of mainly American and Asian institutional investors. Prior to joining Composition Maarten worked, amongst other firms, for Protego Real Estate Investors, LaSalle Investment Management and Bouwfonds Asset Management. In addition to his work at RICS Maarten teaches on a broad range of real estate related topics at various universities across Europe. Maarten is a Fellow of RICS and a Member of ULI.
