Orsolya Lőrincz

Orsolya’s life is around organization development and change management. Studied, led courses at the Management & Organization Faculty of Corvinus University of Economics, Budapest. She has become a senior consultant and trainer at GROW OD Group. She has been teaching the profession to the future OD consultants for many years. She led several large scale culture change programmes at significant Hungarian companies as a consultant, one of which has won the Best Organization Development Project of the year. She is also a Prosci change manager and in the recent years her professional work, besides leading GROW, has shifted to supporting clients’ transformations and change initiatives. With her team they have just developed a special Office Move Impact Assessment and change management service. Together with János J. Berki, Project Director of Futureal, they will introduce this innovative product.
