Benedek holds law (ELTE, Warwick Law School, William Mitchell Law School), economics, and MBA (Krannert School of Management, Purdue University, TIAS-Nimbus) degrees from universities in Hungary and abroad. He has nearly 30 years of experience in domestic and foreign capital market transaction due diligence, valuation and structuring and the related financings, as well as in business planning. During his career, Benedek has worked for various domestic and foreign investment funds, private investors, and banks.
In recent years he has been strengthening EY's Strategy and Transaction Advisory team.
