Graduated as a mechanical engineer at Budapest University of Technics and Economics, Mihaly Lendvai works for Nestlé since 2011 in different roles through the years.
He started his career as production engineer, focusing on the day to day problems in manufacturing. A year later he was appointed junior production manager, then start up manager of the PURINA factory expansion in Bük. After the successful expansion, he spent 3.5 years in Poland leading a new greenfield investment, which was a very important milestone with valuable experience in leading multinational teams in a foreign environment. In 2017 he moved back to Hungary, focusing on increasing efficiency, eliminating losses and long term strategy to keep the competitive advantage of the factory.
