Péter Kuruc

He started his career at AEGON Hungary as product manager. He had an active part in founding Life Division, where he became head of client relations & product development. Between 2001 & 2002 he worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers as consultant. In 2002 he joined Credit Suisse Life & Pensions (member of Wnterthur Group & later taken over by AXA) as marketing director, then he became head of product strategy afterwards he has been promoted to become managing director of the insurance business line. He was member of the Board of directors of the Health Fund of the group and from foundation, and fulfilled the same position in the Premium Pensions fund. In 2007 he joined the executive committee of K&H Insurance becoming responsible for the life insurance business line. During the coming years his area of responsibilities has continuously widened: Between 2015 -2018 he was member of the board of directors responsible for life insurance business and captive sales channel (bank branches, Tied agents, direct, online). 2013-2018 he has been elected by his peers to be deputy president of the Life Insurance Community of the Association of Hungarian Insurance companies. In 2018 he rotated within the group to K&H Bank and till 2020 was Head of Network Support Directorate of K&H Bank. This directorate was responsible for the retail branch network maintenance & transformation that  made 80% of the branches cash free. Further areas of responsibility were: sales support, client acceptance, operational risk management, maintenance of the branch motivation system & strategic analysis of the business line. From 2021 Peter is a client serving contractor at EY Business Consulting.
