Krystian Pachowka

Krystian is responsible for the asset management of CEE logistic portfolios, in addition to acquisitions and disposals. Krystian joined CBRE Investment Management in 2019 and has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate management. He has managed logistic assets across Poland and office and retail assets in Poland and Hungary besides being responsible for large scale refurbishments and repositioning of older, opportunistic and value-add schemes. Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management, Krystian has worked in real estate management at DWS, First Property Group and Echo Investment. Krystian holds a Master's degree in economics from the Academy of Real Estate Management in Warsaw and Sheffield Hallam University, with a degree in real estate investment, management and appraisal. He is also a former member of RICS and a licensed real estate manager.
