Krisztina Bogdán

Krisztina has a degree in economics and business administration and more than 25 years of banking and executive experience. She is currently the Head of the Corporate Finance Division at Credit Management Group.  At the beginning of her career, she worked in OTP's Treasury and Hypovereinsbank's Corporate Banking Division in various management positions. Subsequently, she worked 20 years at Commerzbank group. After her management position in the Corporate Banking Division, she built up the Cash Management & International Business division as Managing Director. She was the deputy CEO and later Country Manager of Commerzbank AG Prague. After her return to Hungary, she managed the entire business area as Member of the Board & deputy CEO of Commerzbank Zrt. until the successful closing (November 30, 2022) of the sale of the Hungarian unit. In addition to her banking experience, she also has a coach and action learning team coach qualification.
