Krisztián Kölkedi

Mr. Krisztián Kölkedi is a Presidential Advisor at the National Research, Development and Innovation Office in Hungary.  His field of expertise is youth innovation and startup ecosystem development. Following his studies, he founded several domestic startups, then started to work with newly founded businesses, developing their competencies and cooperational capablities through training and mentoring. He worked as Youth Strategy Advisor for several corporate leaders in the recent years. His main interests within his own field are youth innovation, leaders' personal development counselling, motivation and goal orientation as well as failure management and conflict management.  

He is currently working at the Hungarian NRDI Office, where he plays a leading role in the reform of the domestic startup ecosystem.
