Melinda Kovács

Melinda Kovács joined Atenor in January 2021, as Development and Leasing Manager. Atenor is one of the renowned and outstanding real estate developer companies in Europe, who started their Hungarian development activity in 2008 and mark developments of highest niveau, such as the Váci Greens campus that was awarded with several international acknowledgements or the Arena Business Campus office complex, as just a few examples. Melinda has been active on the Budapest office market for 16 years, where she has gained extensive experience on the agency and developer side as well. At DTZ, she spent 7 years as an office leasing consultant, after which she joined Skanska for another 7 years, being responsible for the work of the Leasing Department as the Leasing Manager for Hungary, where she took part in the planning, execution, leasing and divestment phases of the developer’s projects, as the member of management responsible for Sales. Thereafter, she was the Head of Landlord Representation at the Colliers Office Team for 1,5 years.
