Csaba graduated from the College of Foreign Trade with a degree in Export-Import Management. He worked for Brooks, division of Emerson Process Management, as a purchaser in 2001 in Székesfehérvár. He started working in the automotive industry at Visteon in 2005, also as a purchaser. Since 2008 he has been the European Purchasing Manager for the company that has since been renamed to Hanon Systems Hungary Kft. Csaba is responsible for the European sourcing of components for the manufacture of climate compressors, and is responsible for material supply to 2 European, Hungarian, located in Székesfehérvár and Portuguese assembly plants.
