Anikó Kircsi is a partner and Head of the Corporate/M&A practice and the Consumer Products sector group at CMS in Hungary. Anikó leads on both domestic and inbound deals and coordinates regional, cross-border transactions for major private equity, venture capital funds as well as large corporates from various sectors. Anikó also has vast experience in take over transactions for public companies, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures.
