Ildikó Király

Ildikó Király graduated in economics from the University of Pécs and has been working in the HR field for 25 years gaining extensive experience in a multinational environment. She has worked for Philips for nearly 8 years in several areas of HR, including training, talent management and HR consulting. After that, she supported Nokia's Komárom plant for 10 years as an HR Business Partner, in addition to general support, she also held management roles in Employee Relations, organizational projects and HR administration. She joined Bridgestone Tatabánya Termelő Kft for almost 7 years, initially as the leader of the HR operation team and for 2 and a half years as the head of the HR department.
