Kata Dienes is an innovative, result-oriented HR leader who has proven herself in various countries like France, Russia, and different industries such as retail and automotive. She is currently the HR manager for the 3 Hungarian plants of the Le Bélier group, an automotive supplier specializing in aluminum casting and machining using gravity and pressure technologies. Kata's expertise includes workforce provisioning, organizational development, compensation & benefits (C&B), and training. She founded the Le Bélier European Casting Academy, where employees can learn casting, and more than 50 students are enrolled in a dual education program. Her strengths lie in creativity, promoting individual development, developing strategies to manage changes, ensuring that employees are motivated and satisfied. Committed to ethical leadership, she strives to create a harmonious balance between corporate goals and employee welfare. Kata holds an MBA in HR management and has recently obtained an electrician certification in the spirit of lifelong learning and the acquisition of multidisciplinary skills.
